JJRS Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use JJRS you must be at least 18 years of age. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. JJRS is an adult entertainment platform and takes its responsibility toward underage players seriously. When you create an account, you are making a declaration that you are 18 or older. If JJRS has reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds held in the account will be frozen pending review.

JJRS may request identity verification documents — including a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued ID — at any point during the account lifecycle. This includes at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or if the account shows activity patterns that warrant a check. Accounts that do not complete verification when requested may have withdrawals withheld until the process is complete.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• You must be the person named on the account — accounts cannot be held on behalf of another person.
• You must be accessing JJRS in a personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• Employees of JJRS and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts.

2 Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one JJRS account. Registering multiple accounts — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or devices are used — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts linked to the same individual will be closed and any bonus funds or winnings obtained through duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your JJRS login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. JJRS staff will never ask for your password via any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact JJRS support immediately so the account can be secured. Activity carried out on your account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access.

• All registration information must be accurate and up to date.
• You must notify JJRS promptly if any of your personal details change.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to use your JJRS account — is not permitted.
• JJRS may close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, with prior notice where required.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

JJRS processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific methods and any applicable minimum or maximum transaction limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your JJRS account at the time of the transaction.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your JJRS balance within seconds. Bank transfers and card transactions are subject to standard processing times through the relevant financial institution. JJRS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions once a transaction has been initiated from the JJRS side.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account must be satisfied. JJRS may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts.

• All deposits and withdrawals are in PKR — no currency conversion is applied.
• JJRS does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• JJRS reserves the right to carry out anti-fraud checks before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

JJRS offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including but not limited to: a minimum deposit requirement, a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, eligible games or markets for wagering, a time limit within which the wagering must be completed, and maximum bet size restrictions while bonus funds are active.

Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets on eligible games or markets. Bets placed on certain games or markets may contribute at a reduced percentage toward the wagering requirement — for example, some table game bets may contribute at a lower rate than slot game bets. The contribution percentages for each game category are stated in the specific bonus terms at the time the offer is displayed.

• One bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• JJRS reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only — systematic bonus exploitation is prohibited.
• Claiming a bonus using more than one account is bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• JJRS may impose maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from no-deposit or free-play bonuses.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on JJRS are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. For sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — the applicable market rules are displayed within the betting section of the platform. JJRS reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error has occurred, including incorrect odds being displayed due to a technical fault.

Bets are confirmed only once accepted by the JJRS system and a confirmation reference has been generated. Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to delay and may be rejected if the game state changes materially between the time of placing and the time of acceptance. For live casino games, the result determined by the game software or live dealer is final once the round has concluded.

• JJRS reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict access to specific markets for any account.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your JJRS account balance automatically.
• In the event of a disputed result, JJRS's decision — based on available evidence — is final.
• Technical failures during a game session will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate artificial winnings is prohibited and winnings obtained this way will be forfeited.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JJRS. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that places bets without manual human input.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or miscalculated odds to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals on JJRS.
• Accessing JJRS using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Abusing customer support or using threatening, abusive or discriminatory language toward JJRS staff.

7 Privacy and Data Usage

JJRS collects personal information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. This includes your name, contact details, payment information and gameplay data. This information is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with verification requirements and improve the JJRS platform. JJRS does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JJRS's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
